Resource UtilizationShows the total Resource Utilization (RU) for each resource over the analysis time period. RU is the percentage of available working time spent working. Each RU bar is shaded by work done. |

Running DelaysShows average delays on each type of work, on a per-day (or other time period) basis. The color code for each bar indicates which type of work it relates to.

Process Durations Vs. Start TimeShows the relationship between process duration and time from start of analysis. Each icon represents one process. The height of the icon (vertical axis) is the duration of the process. The horizontal location is the time at which the process started. This graph can be useful in discovering bottlenecks. For example, a resource bottleneck will cause process durations to increase for late starting processes. This is because work piles up at the 'bottleneck' resource, increasing delays. |
